The following terms stand for the same:
- A refund request has to be raised within 7 days of purchase of the training program for it to be considered.
- Refund requests can be raised by contacting our Customer Support team, the details of which are present on our “Help & FAQs” page.
- Money back guarantee is void if the participant has accessed more than 20% of the video content of the training program, has downloaded more than 20% of the material, or both.

In case, you have accessed more than 20% of the training content or the material or
both, still, if you don’t want to go ahead with your training program, we have another
option for you. You can get your training program exchanged with another training
program from the catalog (by paying the difference amount at the time of exchange).
This would be applicable only if you have accessed less than 30% of the training
content or the material or both.
Please note that there would be no refund from our side if the difference amount is
coming out to be negative.
Refunds: Duplicate payment
Refund of the duplicate payment made by a user will be processed via the same
source (original method of payment) in 10 working days post intimation by the user.
Note: All refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the refund request is
approved by Learnoa.com.
